Like all good businesses, Newline Freighters started with an idea that things could be done better.

After 17 years in the transport industry, in 2009 Joe Carabetta stepped out on his own to provide a logistics consulting and contractor management service, focussing on the FMCG sector, to provide a much needed service-based national logistics solution in linehaul and local work.

Four years later, brother Tony Carabetta joined the business to head up our container cartage and warehousing solution. based on the strength of our service reputation.

Our strength in reputation was built by working closely with highly respected transport operators in each state.

These operators had to be large enough to meet our clients’ transport needs, but small enough to respond to our tailored solutions around process enhancements, factory-gate and wharf cartage initiatives.

We’re proud of our long history as a proactive partner providing continuous supply chain innovation and process optimisation for our clients, not just through operations but also by working with our shared obligations around safety and CoR.
